Pad sounds ok, but had audio glitches when in sequence

I came a cross a situation when i press on a pad, it sounds ok, but once it's recorded in and i play the sequence it sounds a bit different with audio glitches? It sounds a bit like artiffacts one get when fiddling with samplerate/aliasing.

When the project is reloaded the glitches are gone.

Did anyone experience this?
