Are we totally sure about that?
What does this Fabric mean?

Is this a joke?

The Bristol synths are known for having a nice GUI, but sounding like total sh*t . They're more a proof of concept than a real usable instrument.

Following the release of the MPC Key 61, assuming it happens this month, how long do you think it will take for Akai to release the 49 and 88 Key models? I’m interested in the keyboard, but I’ll probably hold off for a more compact 49 Key (I’d love a 37 Key!!!). I can’t imagine Akai only plans to offer one keyboard size.

It probably depends on how well it sells. It if it does well its more likely we will see a more compact version. I highly doubt they'll ever release a 88 key version though.

I sure hope the plugins make their way to existing MPC machines. If they’re any good I would even be willing to pay a reasonable amount. If they ever release a retro color-scheme for the Keys I won’t be able to resist.

Didn’t we have to put hype and the other new plugins onto a separate drive in 2.10? With all these new synths are they going to be pre loaded onto the MPC keys or will people need to download and install on their own external drive? That would be kinda funny :Sigh:

Make sense I'm sure there is at least 4 USB ports for external drives for that purpose..

No I’m quite sure it will have its own internal drive.

So you think the keys internal drive will be bigger than the rest of the mpc line? I’m skeptical the specs will be much different than the x and live. People will lose their shit if their More expensive x has less under the hood.

Yes I think the MPC keys which would need an external drive to use the new plugins makes no sense and does not match the idea of workstation. These new plugins seem mainly to target a keyboard (2 * pianos, 1 organ, 1 new electric piano) which confirms.

And what if there's a inbuilt internal hard disk or an inbuilt capable sd card?
You connect to wifi, you buy, and plugins get installed directly to the inbuilt hd or sd.
