Unable to explode

Hi Guys
I always have a track called samples for a multitude of different sounds.
I always explode my Samples track.
Today when I exploded it the pads end up separated but are somehow all connected and I cannot use any of them separately. Ive noticed they all have an '11' on them as does the original Samples track.
Please help as I cannot get any sense from google (as usual)

thanks for the reply, it looks like groups was enabled, by accidental touch clearly, as ive never known what use that might have. But it grouped all sounds in the track together.
