BirdCord USB-C cables

Hey guys I purchased one of these https://www.songbirdfx.com/products/birdcord-pd20v/ for the MPC One, but I haven't received it yet. Anyone using this with MPC One?

I have the 15V version which works awesome with Maschine+. No more CPU hangs & shit like I used to get with RipCord (probably because it pumps more watts into it).

I'll let you guys know how this works.

Basically if you have a battery with USB-C PowerDelivery, this adapter tells it to switch to 20V (which should be fine for the 19V of the MPC One).

And from Maschine+ experience which has 15V * 2.6A = 39Watts... most of the time, Maschine runs on 9Watts max. So I assume MPC One is the same.

I have similar USB-C Power Delivery Trigger, has been working perfectly for year. No more qlink glitches.
Remember to use it with proper PD powerbank/charger at least 65W to provide correct voltage (just for good sleep, MPC sucks only ~500mAh so should work great with 15W source).

That's great because my Anker one which I use with Maschine+ has 15-20W

I love it that you don't have to carry a power brick too. You run out of battery... plug it into the Macbook Pro Charger or iPhone charger and be done with it.

I converted my MPC 1000 to USB-C too. There was a kit from ModularSound.io
