Hello,

I have a problem with my mpc one. the stop button is not working properly.

Has anyone had to replace one of these buttons?

Have not tried to replace a tact switch on the MPC One, but it ought to be possible.

Personally I'd try using some Deoxit first. Spraying a little into the offending switch and then pushing it repeatedly for 30-60 seconds may loosen up whatever gunk is causing the problem.

Me - I broke one of the plastic fixing of the 3 grey switches on my MPCX.
Opend up to check - simple overstress I recon. Hitting the plasic for stopping and starting just broke it. Replacement can be done, but everytime I break it costs 11 bucks... glue did not do the job.
Look here how it is done: https://www.mpcstuff.com/play-record-lo ... mpc-x-ren/
To my taste, child-toy like - sorry Akai, but professional looks different.
Sticky-tape keeps it in place - two foot switches for stop and start are doing the job now.
EDIT: Careful - do not buy toggle peddals - I use Sustain switches....
