Hi Elijah, can you try this with 2.11.2? At step 2, the noise is now still there. But after I added another kick sample on Pad 02 the noise is gone. It definitely behaves differently now. Not better, more confusing in fact.

How do you report bugs to the developers? I've always thought the decay was wrong - most of the 0 to 50 range causes a click on low sinewave type sounds. This is another aspect of it.

Hello there,

Does anybody have some news on this, or are having the same problem ?

I'm having the same issue (MPC Live 2), basically when I want to either soften the start by having a longer attack, or when I want the end cutting fast. It's either I have the same bitcrushed sound that the OP is talking about, or a "zip" sound, but with the 2 issues I'm having a really hard time with the amp envelope.

I think the issue is the resolution of fast envelopes is lower when playing a sequence on the hardware, causing a zippered or bit crushed sound. You can get that zippering with short decays (less than say 55) in software too. But when you adjust short envelopes for no zippering while hitting pads on the LIVE II, then zippering can become audible when playing those pads in a pattern. Its both short slopes and playing in a pattern in hardware.
