Hey all, really hoping someone can help me out here.

The screen on my MPC One seems to randomly stop responding to touch actions, the buttons and data knob all seem to work and change the screen but there’s no input from my touch commands.

Stopping short of hitting it out of frustration I resorted to manually holding the button down to restart it, I often have to do this over and over until the touch screen finally registers again...

I’m at my wits end here any help would be awesome thanks.

It's hardware failure. When did you buy it? Comes with a 1 year warranty - I'd reach out to Akai or the place you bought it from if it's still covered. That said, I'm assuming you tried resetting it via Preferences?

Did you manage to get this resolved? I'm having the same issue.
