Zip Disk Recovery

Anyone know how to recover a Zip Disk that cannot be accessed thru normal methods?

Any software out there?

I checked into this a couple of months ago and it's mad expensive. like $150 plus, and that's just for them to check it out. Google search for data recovery.

I never found a way to do it myself. I think some other, more computer savy, forum members might have done it though.

PM "mpc3000". He does Zip restoration work all the time....

Email him, he doesn't really check for PM's.

Thanks, I really don't want to spend too much money recovering data. Another zip bites the dust.

It's usually not as much as you think. I am probably the only person in the entire recovery industry that gives free estimates. Not only that, I am the only one that takes on Akai formatted work.

The worst you could be out is shipping it to me. I'd be glad to take a look.

Thats ok. Most of it was medioca songs and beats. I could let those go.
