How to move my MPC library/Projects to the MPC X internal HD

I broke down and bought an MPC X because I got stressed out about my Renaissance working with Catalina. Is there a way to access my MPC documents and save/move them directly to MPC internal drive all at once for offline use? Right now I’m accessing them via a connected HD but I’d like to have my current projects and kits on the X for standalone mode with an external drive. I have to additional drive just a stock unit. Is there a way to mount the X HDD from my Mac and drag and drop the files? Really what I’ve been looking for

You should NEVER use your internal drive only, there‘s just not enough room - and don‘t mess with the files pre-installed. People have reported issues like veeery slow booting, no booting at all after content has been deleted off it, projects not loading etc. Get another SSD and connect it (see manual for instructions) before saving anything to the pre-installed drive. Don‘t even install the synth content there.

This forum is full of users and threads who had to learn the hard way. Don‘t be that kind of user. Install an SSD.

Let me repeat what was said above. Never use the internal drive. Buy and install a $50 SSD.

On a further note: only additional drives are accessible from a computer, the internal one can‘t be accessed externally.

As everyone else said, do *NOT* use the built-in factory storage on your X for anything other than treating it as a "read only" drive. Buy an SSD and install it into the bottom of your X into the SATA cradle. Then you can access it via Computer Mode as removable storage and transfer all of your Projects, samples, Expansions, etc to it. In Standalone mode, everything should be on that.
