MPC Live 2 problems

I bought my MPC Live 2 about 2 years ago and have had an ongoing problem which seems to be getting worse. When using it for long periods the sound starts to crackle which quickly gets worse then the timing goes then it becomes unusable and needs turning off. When I put it back on or seems fine for a while then starts again. This problem is now happening more frequently.
Has anybody else had this problem? Any solutions? Any recommendations of repair centres around or near Manchester?

I think I have something similar... when i use mine for about 30min it starts freezing for 1sec every 5 minutes or so and also develops some crackling sounds. I'm trying to sort it out via warranty repairs via distributor but no luck... it was sent out to repairs 3 times so far but not fixed... here is the video with timestams of glitches in description.

Do you have an sdcard or ssd in your mpc? I believe i read somewhere that some of them could cause this type of issues.

Do you have auto-save turned on (and set to 5 minutes) in your Settings? Looks that way from your video...
