Are you using Wifi? I couldn't get anything to work on my MPC X.

I couldn't download the new firmware, mini d demo or Flavor Pro demo. Just kept getting Server error. You pointed me toward the USB update in the other topic and that worked. Thanks for that.

I was able to download everything via direct connect ethernet onto my MPC One though, very weird.

No, I'm direct wired via Gigabit Internet on both locations. Just chatted with support - their webteam is aware if the issue and working on a fix.

Well it's been 5-6 hours since I reported this to Akai's chat support, and I still can't authorize. Just to be sure it wasn't my end, I restarted my computer, cleared the browser cache, and also cleared my DNS settings (ipconfig, etc). No dice. I'm prompted to log in to my account, and as soon as I do - HTTP ERROR 500. :hmmm:

So annoying this... I purchased Flavor Pro last night and haven't been able to get it on my MPC.
The whole inmusic thing seems poor to me, why not just work directly with your users??

The reason i suggested the automatic network settings is because of the dns settings. if users bungle their manual assignment they end up not being able to connect. I tried it during the time you had mentioned it being down on my mpc with my phone plugged in and usb tethering enabled and it worked fine.
