MPC Expansion store stuck in neverending loop

Previously owned a Live 2 and an MPC X but just bought the Key 61. I go to the MPC Expansion store in My Account tab and it asks
1. "Please enter the email address associated with this account". I enter my Email and then it says
2. "An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account".

I then go to my email link and click the link that reads

3."click here to manage your orders". When I hit the link it brings me right back to step 1.

Anyone have any insight as to what can be the problem with accessing my account?

No insight but seeing the same thing with the email loop...bought a plugin and can't activate it..giving be server can't license error...
