So I was just browsing YouTube and spotted this video. Nothing out of the ordinary really. Just a dude showing us how to automate on the MPC X. Except, wait..... Huh....
Does he have the RX950 plugin on his MPC??
I have used this plugin for years as a VST, but excuse my stupidity, but how does he have it on his MPC as an effect insert? Was it available once?

The developer duo started in 2016. From their website:
In 2019, after getting so much positive feedback from users and the press for the release of RX950 Classic AD/DA Converter, we decide to create a new company name that is better at expressing our ambition towards the audio engineering industry: Inphonik is born.

I meant MPC Standalone of course, not PC, otherwise the comment doesn't make any sense.

Yeh dude, I am well aware of controller mode lol. I just never use it. Consequently, I was not aware that if you insert a VST plugin in the software when you have the MPC hardware in controller mode, it showed up on the screen of the actual MPC hardware. Now I know. I have definitely had the plugin for 4 years though. At least. Although I tend to use SP950 now.

OT question: could you check on your real SP950 if there‘s a kind of (very faint) click in the background ?
I assume it originates from emulating the switched capacitor filter in the plugin.
On a full level signal it may not be detectable at all, but on decays and silent parts I noticed it on the iPad version. Thx in advance :smoker:
