Sound Proplem! Please Help Me MPC Gang!

Hi

I have a problem with my MPC One.

If I send the sound to my Tascam Model 12 via the USB Out, I have a digital crack's and pops every 10 seconds. If I pick up the sound via the jack (main out), it is not there, so everything is correct.

I've already tried downgrading and upgrading. Unfortunately, my purchased plugins are no longer available when I downgrade. My current operating version on the MPC One is 2.11.6.

Can someone help me to fix my sound problem?

USB audio device support appears to have taken a downturn recently, even the model 12 seems to be struggling. Downgrading is the only solution ATM until/if they release a fix.

Yes, unfortunately it seems to be the only way at the moment. Unfortunately, the plugins I bought were bought for nothing.

I had already tried it with a downgrade and the sound problem was gone.

Maybe there is another solution that someone here suggests?

Are you talking about Mini D and Flavor pro? These might need 2.11.6, but the others should be okay with any 2.11.x release.

Yes, exactly when I downgrade, Mini D, OPx-4 and Flavor Pro are no longer available as plug-ins and the Activate Plugins tab in the Preferences menu is no longer visible with the plug-ins.

Why is that so?

It's possible the 'Activate plugins' tab was minimum 2.11.3? But the newer plugins won't work regardless because there's no specific support for them in older firmware releases.

As you can see, Flavor Pro and Mini D are no longer visible in the tab when downgrading to version 2.11.4.

Yes, unfortunately that's what I think too. Unfortunately, that means I really have to wait for a bug fix.
