Hi

Is there a way to change the buffer size on the MPC one? I tried using it with the Focusrite 6i6 1st gen and I'm getting audio crackles. I understand that there is a mpc control application for windows, but I can't seem to find it. I'm on a Mac.

You mean MPC Beats? Yes - of course. For the record, in any DAW latency is affected by your audio interface's settings, so just change the sample rate and audio buffer to make latency lower or higher. How high or low you can go without issues (usually pop/click) is 100% dependant on your audio interface, the quality of its drivers, and your computer's hardware specs.

Most DAW will allow you to call up your audio interface settings, but if it doesn't - your audio interface should have a control panel that gives you direct access to the sample rate and buffer - even on Mac.
