Bossman I found 3 expansions I had missed. Once I installed all 3, it was fixed. Not sure which one did it. They were:

MPCOneFactoryContent-1.0.2
MPCOneDemosandTemplates-1.0.2
MPC2.0DemoProjectsPC

All available on the Akai website, and I have a Live 2 and never had a One. You'll need the appropriate versions, standalone or software.
