My first post here, I'm still very new to MPC so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious. I've tried to search for an answer to my query but can't seem to find any answers.

I started using the MPC One at 2.11.6 and so this is the first firmware upgrade I'm experiencing. I seem to remember that I was able to 'scrub' (if that's the correct word) through the sequence whilst it was playing and be able to hear it as the playhead moves - quickly and jittery as you might expect. I did this with the 2nd down Q-link knob 'Playhead' and when I stopped turning the knob, the sequence continued to play at normal speed from the position I left it at.

Since the update if I move the playhead whilst the sequence is playing, playback stops, I don't hear anything and it does not continue to play after I stop turning.

Is there a way to change the behaviour back? Or is this a bug?

That was it!! Thank you so much. I had only recently changed that setting when experimenting with the interface with Ableton and had no clue it would have this effect. It was near the time of updating to 2.11.7 and so I jumped to the wrong conclusions.

Is this expected behaviour? A limitation of some sort? Or a bug?

Thanks again Elijah. :)
