Issue with semi parameter/key in program edit mode

I'm having issues with the semi parameter/key in program edit mode. When I go to change the semi parameter up to 1 on a sample the key does not change to the next key (In my case I have the sample tuned to A) so when I change the semi parameter up to 1 the key still stays on A when it should change to A#,but when I change the semi parameter up to 2 the key will then change to A#. Then I played an A# on my keyboard to see if it was tuned the same as the sample on my MPC and instead of the sample being A# I figured out the sample was tuned to B. So what I'm trying to get at is is there is something wrong with the tuner in my MPC or is it a bug in the new 2.11.7 software? Any ideas what it might be?

I have only had this issue with old hardware (Ren and Studio). The software worked right, but the hardware‘s displays were often offset by an increment of „1“.
