Sample Layer Offset

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I usually use my MPC One is standalone mode but now and again I do some tweaks in the software only and I cannot find the option for 'Sample Layer Offset', does it exist?

At the top of the screen are the tabs GRID, LIST and WAVE. Hit the WAV tab (shift & W).
