What about just mapping the fader of your X One to MPC Channel Fader or Some effect parameters.

That’s an expensive drum machine noc. You don’t use redrum or Kong at all?

iT'S not expensive for what I wanted it for.
1. Tight sequencer without the need for buying an interface because I'm inside the box. Plus I never paid full price :-D
2. Export my drums with ease because I don't like tracking out and I wanted to stay in the box with the Live.
3. Dope pads
4. Portable and has a battery so I can take it to the big studio
5. All the usb, and sd hook ups
6. found out it explode tracks like Reason
7. Touch Screen
and the list goes on. Just didn't buy as a drum machine. It serves a bigger purpose.

Oh I use Redrum when I don't want to use the Live. I'm not hung up on the Kong. I love Redrum and how I can use the step sequencer, it's dope. But the thing is, I don't have outboard gear bro, so the MPC Live is the only outboard gear and I have a 76 key midi keyboard and computer with all the software I can muster. So it's really ok if I got that.

THIS IS MY HOME RECORDING STU (BUT I JUST UPDATED IT WITH A XT1 AND BIGGER SCREEN) SO I COULD SPLURGE A LIL LOL

That could work. But l have the X touch one with Mackie and l love this thing. Glad l didn't buy into the Faderport V2.

I’m looking to buy the x-touch but is it compatible with the MPC in standalone?
