Save up $500 instead, go grab a Behringer Deepmind 12 desktop off Craigslist, use your new 'Juno' with any sequencer or DAW you want after that.

Almost bought one myself in November but ended up spending way more than I planned and bought a Prophet 8 Rev2 instead..

Deepmind is an underrated synth. Wouldn't be without mine. It was a toss up between that or the hydra. That's on this year's list.

I already have a prophet 6 and a digitone keys for polys. I just like getting all the mpc plugs.

Man, I ALMOST got that one, but that was just too much. I would've gotten in so much trouble haha.
I already warned her after I got the Rev 2, it was next. We'll see if that happens. I'll probably just get a Deepmind next.

what other instruments would u like to see other than the upcoming Juno, looking at Airs instrument roster; they may as well throw a version of Xpand2 on the MPC

I for one would wish (and I bet that’s an old discussion) that Akai focus on stability and reliability for the next two or three updates, if only that have a stable foundation OS wise on which to sell their plugins.
As I have described in the bug reports thread, 2.11 is downright unusable for me, why would I want to spend extra money if I cannot reliably use my purchases?

I completely agree about the stability and reliability improvements, it would be great to see a more stable OS before introducing more plugins. As far as the Jura, it better be 6 voices, another 4 voice version of a Juno is a complete waste. I've been begging for Xpand in Standalone mode for 5 years now. Maybe Akai will actually deliver this time. As far as synths I want to see in a plugin version? How about the AX80? You know, that 8 voice DCO analog polysynth made in 1984 by that one company that makes MPCs....... and an OB-Xa emulation would be great also....

I would love to see a buchla type recreation, like a music easel is the obvious one, but it would be cool if thru for some paper face modules.. make one of them red and turn colors when you touch it!! How sick would that be?
