Everything else about the MPC Live has been solid for me. The battery and speakers are things I use nearly everyday. It's just the annoying way to delete sequences that bothers me. Still workable as it is at least, just could be so much better.

For some users deleting their entire sequence could be scary, but please if they do it once when they don't want to they will realize to not do it again. Take the training wheels off or let users decide at least.

This is my main complaint with nearly all modern grooveboxes.

Another workaround is to use the "Delete Bars" function to delete all sequence data for all tracks.

That's Why Akai makes different Models. Something for Everyone! Seems like we want Akai to Put every Feature into One $700 Unit lol.

"I want 4WD, Navigation, Heated Seats(bcz i cant drive without heated seats), Two Moon Roofs... to be available in my 2017 Chevy Aveo!"

isn't there any real solution for this?
I had this question cause like when you record your mpc to a daw or some other device you track mute when you feel its a correct time for a track to not be there anymore
but now I'm doing everything in mpc itself so I try to recreate this with having different sequences but I don't know how to delete the whole track (like a drum program with different pads on various bank pages) in real time and erasing when there is no sound just is more calculating than feeling something
ps: something occurred to me when I was reading this topic, you can use REC button on real time so everything on the track can be erase in real time although I don't think it's some organic move in mpc

While playing there!s no erase all pads.
While playing you can hold erase and a pad.
