mpc one no hardware found no driver

hello has anyone else, experienced driver problems on windows 10,i have been trying for hours it is installed
but when i select it in asio pref it says no hardware found i have checked the cable it is good anyone thanks

1) try another cable anyway. I've had plenty of cables that work fine on one device but fail on another.
2) grab the MPC software installer and reinstall the drivers.

thanks for the response guys i have changed the cable,i have done all the said things several times restarting after each installation, i will go to support again and check i have never had this problem b4 thanks all
