I forgot all about Patch Phrases & he showed a cool way to use it to flip samples.

It's just a shame that patched phrase doesn't add 'release/tail' to the end of each chop like it used to in the MPC1000/2500, it can be really 'clicky' and choppy now.

Knowing a bit more now, I would suggest using REGIONS, which can be easier, in most circumstances.

Also, go for high numbers (32 and Above), as this can improve the types of content you can work with e,g, vocals, musical parts, etc...

And don't forget; if you set the correct key on a patched phrase, on a keeygroup when using Note config, you can use all of those other options properly e.g. Scale, Progression, etc...
