Trouble scanning VST in MPC software?

Hi guys,

I am new to MPC and currently following the "The MPC Bible" to learn the software and so on. I am currently trying to use external plug-ins but I have a difficulty loading in VSTs in the MPC software. I downloaded "Hybrid 3" (MAC) VST from Software Downloads on my inMusic account. I believe I have the correct path reading when i try to scan new VSTs from preferences on the MPC software. There are no problems detecting AU so I do not know why it struggles so much detecting the VST. I am aware that the MPC does not support VST3 but I think Hybrid 3 is a VST regardless? I do not understand why it just entirely skip scanning the VSTs?

Which Mac are you using. On my Mac M2 Pro hybrid no longer works under Ventura. You have to run the MPC Software under Rosetta to get Hybrid to pop up.

When you switch it back to Native , hybrid disappears again. This is included the vst version and the built in one.

Wow that actually worked! I´m using a M2 Mac but running the program under Rosetta didn´t cross my mind at all. Thank you so much!
