Please help, new user here!

Hi there, I'm trying to install an SSD but even with the back plate unattached, I can't fit the thing in, there's no give in the cable to be bale to push it down far enough back into the unit to get the SD in the enclosure..

Please help!

Not sure how adding more cable is going to help when he can't push the existing cable back inside far enough.

My X cover mount wasn't symmetrical mounting the HDD one way gave more room than the other.

Cable loom might be hooking up on something. Got a mirror to have a look.
