New MPC One

I just opened my new MPC One (3 months old) I got it for Xmas but have been ill so today I finally opened the box. Very impressed and got my head around the workflow very quickly. However, Mm encoders make a 'sticky' noise when you turn them which seems very odd. 3 out of the 4 make that noise. Has anybody else experienced this.

I have yet to see a unit that doesn’t do this. Tried on 2 Live, 2 Live 2 and a One.
