MPC X SE Instruments & Plugins

Hi folks just wondering if anyone is able to answer. I have a x currently and a live 2. I havent purchased all of the new instruments / plugins for the latest mpcs, however as far as I understand it the MPC X SE comes with these instruments. My question is, if I were to purchase an X SE (and sell my X), could i also use the instruments and plugins on my Live 2? Im not sure if you have to install the instruments when you turn on the SE for the first time or whether it comes preloaded, also if the instruments / plugins are available from your inMusic account page after registering the X SE perhaps?

For every plug in serial you have purchased, you can have up to 3 devices activated at the same time.
