I've never gotten around to using the aftertouch feature in the keygroups. It's not working with my midi controller!
In Keygroup>Program Edit> Porta/Mod page, under controller mod, I turn up AFT>FLT to 100. No matter how you slice it, my midi keyboard (Studiologic SL73 w/aftertouch) will not affect the filter at all. This program has just 1 keygroup spanning all the keys. Midi keyboard is going into MPC 1 midi port, with Track + Control enabled.
The only bit of aftertouch that works is with the pads. I'm not much for playing keygroups on the pads!
Just to be sure, checked the midi monitor, controller is sending channel pressure correctly. I can also load up hype synth, and aftertouch works with that. So that rules out any connectivity issue.
Is this how it's designed?? Seems like either a bug, or an oversight.
