WLAN issue when ssd connected

Hi all,
i wonder if someone also had this issue.
2 days ago i received my new MPC Live 2 from amazon and everything went fine setting up the device.
I updated the firmware via wlan all good.
I ordered a SSD and attached it to the sata connector on the back - closed the case and all was fine.
Until i tried to connect to wlan again - the device gave me always "wrong username or password" trying to connect to my home wlan. On my router i could see that the live 2 connected to the home wlan and 2 sec later ist disconnects again. After some endless trying to connect (as it was the only thing what i had done between working wlan and fail) i removed the ssd (unplug from sata connector) et voila wlan works fine!
So now i´m some kinda lost... Has anyone heard of such issues?? What should i do? I need that ssd drive and also i do not accept the loss of WLAN!!

maybe format it from pc before plugging it in so it has the proper fs. not sure but that'd be my first thing to try.

I had a similar message when I tried to install a brand new drive,formatted the SSD on the pc, as per Ultros suggestion, and it was sorted. No issues since.

The issue was not only weak wifi. Sometimes it couldn´t connect at all or it was unstable. On router i have seen multiple logon / logoff sequences from the live 2 within 5 Secs 10 times a.s.o i think this was because of bad connection or something. ALso the pads were faulty some triggered double some not no matter what sensitivity / tesh . set in config. It had to go.
