Can any one tell me how it's done, read some nice thangs about it, since i'm still beginner, i'm wondering where to start?

Basically groove templates are just midi files that follow the tempo of a certain song..
Ex......
King tubby has a Groove template cd out...
This means you get the Akai MPC 4000 to load up a Midi file which follows every tempo sublty of his drumming and bass rhythm....
If you recorded a sample and the tempo is 98 bpm....
Then there is how much earlier the snare is the laid back kicks..Etc. there is so much to do that makes up groove templates..
It basically follows the exact feel of a drum groove or song you have tempo mapped...
To GEt a groove template you can get PROTOOLS free... and then from there learn how to lay out a tempo map which in turn can be mixed down to a MIDI file which your sampler will follow tooth and nail...

Freedom thanx again, i did read what ya can do with groove templates, but do not know how to make them yet.
ya said ya can make groove templates with protools, don't really know what ya meant by free?.
I shall look for that king tubby cd also.

You can download a version of ProTools called "Pro Tools Free." From Digidesign.
