Layering whole program at once

Hey what's up. I tried searching but couldn't find anything on this. Is there a way to layer a whole program on top of another program without having to put them on the pads one by one. For example, I have program 1, and I want to layer it with program 2. I then go into program edit, hit samples twice and I'm in the layer screen. Now I have to layer program 1 with program 2 samples pad by pad. This takes a while.

Track 1: program 1
Track 2: program 2

TRACK VIEW > Track 1 > Send To: Track 2
(or in MAIN hit the eyeball icon and configure this in the MIDI channel strip).

Now with track 1 selected, each time you hit a pad it will trigger the same pad in both programs.

and if you need to process them together, to "glue" them, you just assign their outputs to the same submix track, and you have 4 insert slots for effects for the sum of the two programs.
