Some interesting follow up with this.
I did hand in my MPC ONE for a possible repair/replacement.
Meanwhile I've been using the shop demo model since them.
Recently, my MPC ONE got repaired by AKAI and it was the Ethernet port that was faulty.
They ended up replacing the whole motherboard to fix it and I have my original MPCONE back now.
