Air Delay on Standalone Issue

I purchased and registered Air Delay Pro. Easily downloaded and installed to to computer and it is there on the beats software, working fine.

But when I go to register it on MPC One, I get the following message. See picture. Any thoughts?

You have to link to an online copy of your image, not the local one. Or just state what the error says.

If it's already registered then you just need to activate it each of your devices (up to 3). So after logging into your inmusic account on your standalone MPC (preferences > activate plugins) you should see 'air delay pro' listed with an 'activate' button. click that to activate and then hit the 'download' icon to download it directly to your disk.

If none of that is happening, then there's potentially an issue with your account you need to contact Akai support.

I can’t see your pic but for reference I could not get the new plug-in to work on standalone - kept saying I’d already registered when I hadn’t - but updating to the latest OS version resolved it

Got on chat with Akai, fixed. Had to update firmware, log in and out of account, and restart machine. But fixed.
