Firmware 2.11.10 is out

Support and discussion for all of Akai’s modern standalone MPCs including the MPC X / X SE, MPC Live 1, 2 & 3, MPC One / One+, MPC Key 37/61.

I got fine WIFI I stream 4k movies over it to my Fire stick in my bedroom no problem.

I go to either of my mpcs they log on and check the status and activate my paid plugs fine.

When I try to download anything its "PROBLEM with CONNECTION"

Just checked my IN music profile its still serving 2.11.9 so I cant download to install with usb yet.

So we wait!

Its funny they had no problems connecting to my bank account to take that money for Delay Pro.. DID THEY?..... :smh: :roll: :smh: :hmmm:

Now I got to wait till they decide to let me use it. :nod:

There is audio over USB, just not in the direction you want (no MPC => PC, but device => MPC). AKAI never ever talked about MPC => PC audio over USB, so why are you disappointed? At some point people need to be reasonable. AKAI won't ever implement that, they can't even implement MPC => PC MIDI over USB in standalone, .

After using the S2400's audio over USB, its made me feel a bit spoiled. I love the mpc, it's great for stealing the swing out of drums and such but audio through usb is incredibly low maintenance, fast and useful. I never once expected Akai to add this feature but they did talk about disk streaming and never delivered. I don't need it and don't care for it personally but I could see others would want this. I enjoy the fact the SP404mk2 does audio over usb. Its great for sampling, recording into your phone for edits, etc, etc but it only has 2 digital outputs through the usb which honestly if they made it 8, then that would be a big step in the right direction in my books.

Noticed now when browsing files, it doesn't shoot you back up to the top of the folder when you go back a directory. That's cool.

Nope. Instead my file browser now always defaults to the top level Splice folder no matter where I was previously. :(

That sounds like a bug. Put in a ticket. Also try an older OS see if it's still that. If no try re-downloading a fresh copy of the latest OS & rest the preferences to confirm it. If it's still buggy than put that complaint.

Long before the s2400 release we have been asking for audio over usb I like using cubase with for completing my beats using my mixing console..
