MPC Live 2 Free Storage Space?

Why does my MPC Live 2 (brand new/right out the box) have only
3.4 GB free of 14.1GB Internal Storage

The rest is used for the OS and internal projects, stock samples etc.

DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ON THERE! Furthermore, don‘t store anything either, use SD cards, USB sticks or an added SSD for that. Users messing with internal storage experienced major projects. See other forum threads for that.

To add to what everyone has already told you, be certain to treat the Factory Storage as a "read only" drive. Never - EVER - save anything to it!!! I'm sure you already realize this since you only have 3.4 GB free, but it bears repeating since so many new users don't seem to get this.

You've got to blame AKAI though.

Even though my saved folders are all on my SD or SSD, saves always default to internal storage.

There's no warning or instruction.

I'd even say that it should be locked from user saves. Users shouldn't need to know there's "free space". It shouldn't exist from the user's perspective.

There is the SD card slot, the internal SATA connector, and the two USB3 ports.
