Just saw an image on Facebook of the side of the box, with specs. 2 GB RAM, Wifi, no battery, more content.

Will we witness a bigger gap between beginner - intermediate - advanced in future iterations of MPC's?

I don't even know what the hell they're thinking. But if that's true, no influencers will save them

What good is a battery? There are no speakers. It's still gotta get plugged into something.... its a studio piece. A battery makes no sense as it still wont be portable.

show and prove post the link; the EA SKi's and otherr will have a field day roasing akai if all they did is add wifi and the red skin job, and rightfully so, akai are taking the piss, but this is how most of these companies do business.

They aren’t that dumb.
Also, the picture we all have seen shows a battery icon on the screen. Do non battery powered mpcs have that icon?

The ram upgrade doesn’t matter so whatever

just checked current mpc one videos and screen shots; and they defo dont have the battery icon in the corner; so seem like jamos is chatting shit
