I bought a Mother 32 and DFAM last week, unboxing was a real joy, thoughtful packaging and 'lots of 'extras', and of course the primo quality gear itself, haven't stopped playing with it, especially the DFAM.

Moog and inmusic? Just seems a very weird thing to happen.

Reading the article, they need access to inmusic's global distribution network in exchange for providing analog knowhow to inmusic (lead engineer staying on). Might not even go anywhere near Akai, or maybe they'll try another timbrewolf. I guess MPC versions of their iOS apps on the way.

Employee owned company though, I wonder how they are structuring this?

Now they won't have to use silly names for future plugins. They can just call them moog....whatever

If I recall, the 'employee owned' is a bit of a misnomer. I think, and I'll need to check but it's hot and I'm tired, one dude owned 49%? But did a deal to make the employees gain something like a pension or insurance or some other benefit, which technically makes it employee owned? I'm not a business person, so my terms may be incorrect.

Moog plugins for standalone MPC / Force could be a nice addition to air plugins.
