Sync an Aka Force to an MPC Live via Bluetooth

Is it possible to sync an Aka Force to an MPC Live via Bluetooth?

I want to sync both machines to send tempo and midi from my Akai Force to an MPC Live.
When I turn on the Bluetooth on both machines I can't see the other machine in the list of Bluetooth devices. Did anyone achieve that?

Even if it was possible, I wouldn't really suggest doing it... the latency is going to be brutal.

Better off hard coding the ip addresses by assigning them manually and using a crossover ethernet cable and Ableton link to sync them if you are running out of midi channels.
