Recabling for every new track is something I just have no time for sadly. At least not if I want to get anything done. That's why things need to be ready always. Which has some huge advantages (time saving being one) and some drawbacks. The biggest drawback obviously (apart from the amount of money needed to buy all the sh*t) is that it takes up a lot of space and there are some weird limitations that start to show up when you need support for 32+ audio channels.
