MPC standalone plug-in

I purchased the Jura plug-in for my MPC X, and installed it just fine, but when i went to install it in my MPC Keys I got message that item was already registered? and I could not install it in my keys61 also....is this just a 1 device plug-in install? thanks.

Plugin only needs to be registered once to your inmusic account. After that just log into your inmusic account on your mpc and it should sync the licence in preferences, activate plugins

If you’re having any plugin-related activation problems on any device try resetting time/region settings on that device to UTC in preferences. The registration/activation process has been a nightmare for some people

You can register up to 3 devices, whether it’s MPC, Force, or the desktop. Follow the suggestions from the above.

when I try to register in preferences, activate plugins I get the message "This serial has already been registered to a different account" but i only have one account, the same account that installed the plug-in to my MPC X
i just want to install it in my Keys61 also.

You’re omitting a lot of information. Did you buy both the Key 61 and your X used? Was the X bought new? What plugins are you having issues with? Did you buy them yourself? If so, are you certain you didn’t activate them elsewhere (such as in the desktop MPC Software or as a VST/AU in another DAW)?

Regardless, you’ll likely need to reach out to support. If you own the plug-in license, you can activate on 3 devices. Full stop.

Don’t enter the serial on your mpc, not if you already activated the licenses within your account. Just log in to your account on the mpc and the licence should sync over
