Gotta say, I'm certainly impressed with the build quality & keybed that the Keystep has. It just feels nice to play, much better than the LPK wireless I have. Also much better than the Mininova!!
Think I paid £163 for the Keystep, but that little bit extra has got me a better playing experience!!

Or just get the keystep which isn't much more expensive and you'll be getting firmware updates, great support, great build quality.

Keystep is $200 in black. That's $100 more and you get the same keys and weak touch strips that Arturia placed on the keystep 37. I took mine back because of the price.

Anderton and other reviewers said it is a major GO

Piece of garbage that has no place in a hardware setup. Buy synths. I know that's a very blunt way to put it but I am not good at beating around the bush. Who shells out 1000 bucks or more for a sampler then buys a soundless keyboard? THAT AINT IT!

how is it foolish to invest in a keyboard the keys wont fall off of? don't have lateral movement, arent made from cheap plastic with cast marks in em and sharp edges or that isnt just a generic usb human interface device dusguised as a real piece of musical equipment?

Keysteps are very good.
But when Arturia released the minifreak I decided to buy it and sale my Keystep Pro 37.
I now have a midi controler with a very interesting sequencer and a very good synth with many synthesis engines. But for sure the price is not the same.
