How much wobble does you Akai Force data dial knob have?
I wonder if its normal for it to have some because I wonder if i received a lemon

Maybe 1/16 inch. It's there, but it's very minor.

On the scale of hardware knobs, it's pretty solid and confidence-inspiring.

Maybe 1-2 mm. It does wobble slightly, but I had never really paid attention to it until now. The q-links are completely non-wobbly.

Not really. I guess I could try to push it around a bit to see if I can induce wobble, but I've never noticed any during years of operating the Force.

For OCD get in the habit of saying "so what" for things that's not really important...my data knob works fine, but it's a little wobbly - So what!

I have the same amount of wobble. If not more. Don't worry about it. Using the encoder daily for years now.
