Best way to export projects

As I don't use the MPC software and some of the bundled synths and fx don't have a vst version, what's the easiest way to get the tracks I've made on live 2 into my pc?

I can't seem to find an export all, unless I'm missing something.

Save to an sd card. Under the save function there’s an export option
