Firmware 2.11.0 for MPC Key 61

Hey guys I would like to know where I can download this version of the mpc firmware for key 61. I just bought my mpc 61 from guitar center and want a backup of this version of the firmware in case the upgrade goes south. I'm reading many bugs and things related to these upgrades. So in case the upgrade turns to s*** I can go back to this version and return this unit to guitar center. So far the unit is awesome, but does have bugs.
BTW: Whats best stable version?

Firmware 2.11.0

All MPC firmware versions have bugs. To my knowledge, the latest version, 2.12, has not introduced any obvious new bugs, so no point in using 2.11.

Is there a 2.11.0 for Key 61? I have the 2.11.5 one but thats the lowest they have out on akaipro.com
The akai chat dude said 2.11.0 isnt compatible anyway, so how did this version get on my new 61 then?

Oh ok that makes sense, so heres another dumb question, is there a way to backup the firmware from key 61 (2.11.0) before update? I get a feeling that it wont have that plugin de-activation bug in it thats why I ask, its factory firmware.

No way to back up firmware and it will have the de-activation bug. Just update to the latest firmware and enjoy your MPC.
