Can I live jam the drums with 'next seq' cueing of patterns, while linear audio and MIDI tracks are being played and recorded in MPC 2 software? I have the MPC studio Mk2.
Imagine a band jam room session where the MPC studio Mk2 laptop operator is playing the drummer by switching patterns with the 'next seq' feature while MIDI keyboards and microphones and DI'd guitars are being recorded or played back.
I was also wondering if this software allows playing of multiple sequences simultaneously so you could jam like Ableton Live's session view with sequences for each instrument in the band functioning like a seperate MPC using 'next seq'? But it looks like the 'clips' feature is audio loops only. It needs to be MIDI clips.
