Brilliant, that was the missing link, thank you. Both my DAW and controller were connected to the MPC thru 5pin DIN, so it was the MPCs input that needed to be set to control.
Reconnected the controller to the DAW and that worked, and then setting up CC channels in the DAW, didn't require play to send.
My Controller is a BassStation 2. So I just set the Bass Stations Amp ASDR to control the Jura's ENV1 ASDR, and Mod ASDR to Control the Jura's Env2 ASDR. The bass Station has a selector knob to send both Amp and Mod ASDR at the same time, and that sent to both the Jura's Envelopes. perfectly.
