FW Update 2.12.2: Can't get the new Air-Effect Plugins

MPC-One (Beginner):

I just installed the FW 2.12.2 succussfully, but I'm trying for hours to get the new Air-FX Plugins with no success:

They don't show up when I'm on the "Activate Plugins" Page, although I refreshed it several times. There is only the old stuff and offered Trials.

Also I cant find them anywhere as downloadable files to get them on my SD-Card.

What can I do? Please help!

My Problem is that ALTHOUGH the new FW is installed, I have no access to the new FX Plugins.

Were are they? How do I get them, as they dont appear in my MPC?

Have you verified that the upgrade worked? Sometimes the mpc seems to go through the update process and it silently fails. Preferences > Info

I am not at home know, but the new FW showed up on the start screen of my MPC.

I will check it later when I am home...

I had to reboot my MPC to get them to pop up in the downloads after updating. Refresh wasn't working for me either.

Yes, my MPC is showing in Preferences/Info that the new FW 2.12.2 is installed.

It rebooted several times - the new Plugins still do not appear in Preferences/Activate Plugins.

Is it worth trying another Update via USB, although the MPC is showing that the Update is already installed?

What Options do I have to access the new Air-FX Plugins?

I'm having the same issue on my MPCKey61. I downloaded the update via USB updater, installed it...twice. The info screen lists the correct version. But when I go to the activate plug-in's tab, the list is the same as before and doesn't list anything new. Also, my inMusic Software Centre on my computer doesn't list the new AIR effects either. Any ideas?

Yes, me too.

I had the same issue, attach an ethernet cable, let the mpc go online, then refresh and they will be there, click activate and youre there!

Doesn't anyone have another suggestion to solve this problem? Hard to imagine...
