+1 for this but also the inverse. There are some (crucial) features - the transport controls, for example - which can only be accessed by the hardware panel and not by the touch screen - and so when those buttons fail (as they inevitably will) your machine will be inoperable (yes you could hook up an external MIDI controller, but…)
And yes I’ve commented before on the culture in this forum for people who have no use for a feature or no experience with a particular problem to just shoot off a response. To be fair that’s just an encapsulation of the world as it mostly is - but it’s still unnecessary
