It cannot be bad enough to not make money. Even total crap sells. I must admit I bought the TC Electronic ie. Behringer "June 60" chorus pedal and it is utter shit. I kept it for the case and buttons, maybe I'll use it for a DIY project. What comes to these Inmusic plugins, I'm sure there will be people who buy it completely regardless of what it sounds like. And it was cheap to make. Win win win.

Well, no one is forced to buy anything music related.

I don't mind that they try to sell but I won't buy that chorus.

The problem is that development these days seems either spent on making premium plugins or updating the firmware to accommodate them. The last major feature update (2.11) was pretty much all about making the ui more plugin friendly (e.g. sounds browser)

Well, IMHO the sounds browser has been a huge improvement.

But another chorus... REALLY??

hopefully it's a black friday sale special and cheap to pick up just to have in the back pocket. Juno chorus is generally quite lovely

And it could & would be more lovely if they'd fixed the problems with it first before milking their customers with half-assed products.

yeah if you get an actual juno. Ive never heard anyone praise a juno chorus simulation. nevermind an akai air plugin version.

And so would the Echo delay in the Odyssey plugin. I wish they would make that standalone. I'd pay to have that as a insert FX.

Thanks to Mike Battle (YouTube him. His story is cool like his name...Mr. Battle 8) ) for making the original Echoplex guitar pedal which Echo is emulating. Akai should've done a better job promoting that fact.

Telling hardware heads that one of their free plugins FX is modeled after a legendary pedal used by famous artists can't be bad for sells, but what do I know? - I'm just a NYC street vendor with nearly 20 years of experience
